In the kindergarten number 17 of Kirdalan region an event was held dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide
Firstly, the kindergarten teacher Sevindzhe Seyfullaeva gave information to the participants about the Khojaly genocide, after which the participants paid tribute to the victims, and then the children sang the Azerbaijani anthem.
Then, a scene was presented called "That night in Khojaly", which was prepared by children. Insidious plans of the Armenian invaders throughout history were discussed during the event. It was stressed that, having committed the Khojaly genocide, the Armenians demonstrated their vandalism not only against Azerbaijan, but also against all Turkish world.
Teachers of the kindergarten Tunzala Kamalova, Rubaba Mammadova and Samir Kerimov sang songs for the children about the tragedy of Khojaly, and then all the participants watched a film called "Do not forget us".
Mrs. Konyul Ibragimova, Head of kindergarten No. 17, stated that "the terrible Khojaly genocide against the Azerbaijani people is a cruel act in the history of the whole humanity. This genocide is also a historical crime against whole humanity. This tragedy that occurred in Khojaly was included in the history of Azerbaijan as the most terrible page.
"The Khojaly genocide is part of the policy of ethnic cleansing carried out by Armenians in Azerbaijan, in, Khanates of Nakhchivan, Ganja, Guba, Baku and Irevan in the 19th and 20th centuries, and the truth about it belongs to the world community" and these crimes should be recognized. These crimes must be recognized on the international level as a legal assessment", she said.
